My daughter and I walked into Park Avenue BMW looking to lease a new 328X-Drive for her. When the price didn't fit our budget our Sales Consultant, Gil DeOliveira suggested that we look into their Certifie lease a new 328X-Drive for her. After Gil went through his inventory with us we found a 2009 328X-Drive with only one owner and a little over 11,000 miles in the exact color theme that we were looking for. Gil took his time with us, never pressured us and I was impressed with his knowledge of the automobile. After finding the car we wanted, Jim Palumbo , their Finance Manager put all the numbers together and found a deal that fit our budget and I purchased the car that very same day. We live in Manhattan and we knew exactly which car we wanted to order. We had the car quoted at a few dealers. Steven was not able to have a similar vehicle available for test drive even though they ha wanted to order. We had the car quoted at a few dealers. Steven was not able to have a similar vehicle available for test drive even though they had one in the warehouse, but he was able to pull a vehicle with the same engine and weight characteristics for us to drive. Steven and Gregg gave us a good price and I would recommend this short trip into New Jersey. We had no trouble with our trade-in and the paper work went smoothly and they were very accommodating. I have known Gregg Berkowitz for many years through his wife and felt more than comfortable going to him when my husband & I decided to buy a car. On the car: within hours/days I found the car's fuel tank gauge was not showing a full tank of gas when filling it up and I also felt there was a slight vibration when AC was on while in idle position which bothered me. Gregg & Tom took care of getting me an appointment and a loaner car in less than 24 hrs - can't think of better customer service. Rich Anzalone, a great advisor I dealth with at the South Hackensack NJ service department kept in touch with me along with Gregg & Tom updating me constantly on what they were doing with the car. The fuel tank issue was fixed. The slight vibration issue was another matter altogether as the vibration was very minor, still they did not make me feel like it was in my head instead they put a team together to get to the root of the problem borrowing on everyone's past expriences in such matters - they came up with a solution rather than ignoring my complaint and took care of it! They all exceeded my expectations - great customer service! I should mention that my plates were already on the car when I picked it up so that was a nice surprise. Gregg and Tom also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks for a great exprience! More
