Sabit was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The entire team at BMW was great to work with. My experience at Park Ave BMW couldn't have been more pleasant or any easier. I knew what I wanted to spend and the range in which I wanted my monthly lease payment to be and Sabit Hadzhiev went above an pleasant or any easier. I left the dealership with my new 2012 328i that evening. Sabit was extremely courteous and patient. Jim Palumbo was also very helpful and thorough in explaining finance options and was efficient at expediting the process. Sabit and Jim truly know how to excel at excellent customer service. I look forward to more great experiences at Park Ave BMW in the future and will highly recommend both Sabit and Jim to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle. As a matter of fact, my friend returned to the dealership the very next day to trade in her current lease for a brand new 3 series she also purchased from Sabit. More

Daniel was wonderful! No pressure sales and very personable. Took a lot of time to explain the car and he knew everything about this very sophisticated car. Everyone that I dealt with at Park Avenue BMW, Wayne, Tom, and Ryan could not have been more informative, knowledgeable or helpful. As I test drove many models, every question was answered honestly and Tom, and Ryan could not have been more informative, knowledgeable or helpful. Went in for an oil change with a coupon....the car was ready about an hour later as promised so I came out with to a clean car and 3 rims horribly dented and dinged up by someone there....the reason I kno ready about an hour later as promised so I came out with to a clean car and 3 rims horribly dented and dinged up by someone there....the reason I know it happened there is because the previous day and night I wiped down the dust off my rims which is normal occurance for me since I baby all my cars.I can't say who did it or how it happened but I immediately told my service advisor who then proceeded to take photos.He then told me that Wayne Carenza was the service mangager and that perhaps I should talk with him so I drove from service to the other location.After explaining what happened and how I baby my cars, he offered no solution and stood by his dealership and politely then rudely told me to get out of there and that he nor any of his employees would do something like this.I then let him know that I belong to all the BMW forums and had friends that purchased and leased cars there he told me he didn't do it and could care less who I told.Now I wasn't asking for new rims because I actually put curb rash on the right 2 rims but I did expect that he would send the rims to a local rim repair shop to fix this issue.Instead he chose to AGGRESSIVELY TELL ME that they are not responsible and will not be.Now because of this unfortunate situation I'm telling all my friends,wifes family,entrepreneurs,company owners and every other affluent person that loves BMW to take your business to another dealership.I am a company owner myself that is highly respected and I know they will look unfavorably at Park Ave as a company.Thanks again Park Ave. More
