From the moment I first spoke to Steven Mercier on the telephone I knew he would be a different car salesman than those I dealt with in the past. When I had finally chosen a car, I casually mentioned a few things I would like altered or changed prior to driving away. When we returned to close the deal I was very surprised to find all my casual requests and comments were taken seriously and found the car to be exactly as I wanted. During the course of purchasing the car I asked several questions which Steven could not answer. Rather than make-up an answer he spoke to an associate and returned with the correct response. Finally, when we returned to pick-up the car I noticed several areas needing attention that I missed during my initial inspection and these issues were resolved in a most amicable way and to my complete satisfaction. In the future I would not consider purchasing another car from a dealership other than Park Avenue BMW and would not consider another sales person other than Steven Mercier. More

In all the years I have been buying cars I have never been more pleased or impressed with a sales representative than I have with Jeff Sherman. Also, he didn't disappear after the sale. I showed up at the Olympic Drive BMW Event. The dealership was mobbed and the individual attention that I received from Sabit confirmed that he was who I wanted to work with. Sabits patience, knowledge and super friendly demeanor were well above the service I had expected. I have since had one small issue with car and reached out to Sabit who quickly remedied the situation. Myself, being in Real Estate sales, have to say that I was very pleased with the level of service and am now a BMW client for life. Looking forward to my next deal with Sabit. He made the whole process painless, and made sure I was qualified to participate in available lease programs offered by BMW NA. There is no pressure or hard sell, just a fair deal and honest answers.
