Very Disappointed.. Terrible Customer Service 1. Rude 2. Disrespectful 3. Liar The salesperson was inefficient and lacks basic customer service. He acted like he is doing me a favor selling 1. Rude 2. Disrespectful 3. Liar The salesperson was inefficient and lacks basic customer service. He acted like he is doing me a favor selling me the car. After a test drive and and giving me what he said is the best price which he said he is helping me get that price I called my wife to confirm the price and came to know that she has an internet salesperson who gave a better quote on the same car (which I came to know only then). I asked him why the price you gave is way more than what I got from online?, he visibly got mad saying that I didn't tell him that I had a quote. Me: that's because I didn't know that a min ago until I made a call to my wife. Salesman: Let me check. I can do for xxx price. Me: Is there any chance to make it better. Salesman: yea, I am increasing the price and making it better for me and not going to do anything to make it better for you. Me; Excuse me? Salesman: I am not going to decrease a penny for you. you can leave now. I was there for an X3 and Luckily I had my options open for a good SUV and ended up with an Acura instead. The one star I gave is for the manager who tried to make things right after I spoke with him about the entire ordeal. I expected better customer service from a reputed dealership like PARK AVE. More

Kalra @ParkAveBMW Service, I have noticed all services' processes are integrated closely, procedures are seemless. It is almost flawless how different teams @ParkAveBMW Service, I have noticed all services' processes are integrated closely, procedures are seemless. It is almost flawless how different teams/sub-teams collaborate and complete a service maintenance or a repair job. It is an experience in itself: From the moment you hand over car keys, get notifications on jobs/repairs definitions, or when job is completed, car wash, car keys back to you. All of this looks well thought of. I wish this well established standard is sustained and becomes a benchmark in the industry. It is also true that people @ParkAveBMW is making this Service Center even better. And, my point of contact and gentleman who I work with is: Simeon B. Marcelo. Great experience! The worst thing about going into a dealer for a lease is the time you have to spend and to deal with pricing, plus having to go through a finance mana The worst thing about going into a dealer for a lease is the time you have to spend and to deal with pricing, plus having to go through a finance manager. I really hesitated going to this dealer but once in it, they totally changed my way of thinking. In less than 2 hours, I was driving my car already. Great experience! More

Professional, curtious and friendly Eric Shuster handled my new car lease. I had sent him a photo of the 5 Series that I was interested in. When I arrived at the show room on Friday, he Eric Shuster handled my new car lease. I had sent him a photo of the 5 Series that I was interested in. When I arrived at the show room on Friday, he surprised me with the exact 530 idrive M-Sport series that I wanted. Amazing! We spent the rest of our time going over the numbers, unit I was totally comfortable with the new lease package. He was totally professional, never making me feel preasured to sign the contract.
