My neighborhood dealership actually told me that what Alfredo offered was impossible and warned me that I would waste my time going there. I only spend about 30 minutes at the delearship to finish everything. Alfredo is very organized and have everything ready for you when you get there. Really Helped Me I was down the Jersey shore when my Acura showed that I had a malfunction in my Emission Control System. I called Brian in Service and told him about my problem. I told him that I had to make a few stops but would like, if possible, to drop the car off late that afternoon if he had a loaner to give me. Even without an Appointment Brian made sure I got a loaner and took the car in for service. I told Alfredo to be on the lookout for a sporty used car with a manual transmission and did he deliver. The minute he found a car available, he texted me the details, the photos, the carfax, and the service reports Once again, the transaction was easy and painless. First and foremost, I was very happy to hear about the Acura loyalty program which pushed me even more to re-lease. The experience at Park Ave with Alfredo couldn't have gone better. I was actually recommended to go to him because I heard that he was one of the best to work with...they were absolutely 110% correct. Alfredo was outstanding from beginning to end. He was very informative and was able to cater to my needs at helping me find the perfect car. I asked him where was he 3 years ago when I first leased because he was that awesome, not to mention funny but always professional. Once the deal was done, he went on and beyond to make sure I was comfortable knowing every detail about my new lease, which I really enjoyed. I usually dread the idea of leasing a new car but this experience was very pleasant I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I felt like I was presented with an excellent deal and I was happy with the ease of the transaction. I have literally spent hours in a dealership in the past but this time everything was done efficiently. It was clear that Maurizio was an experienced salesman. There was no time wasted. He just sat down and showed me how much it would cost to lease a new car. I appreciate the fact that I didn't feel like he was trying to put something over on me or convince me to make a decision that I didn't want to make. He handled the paperwork, including the insurance issues, with ease. Once I had made the decision to lease the care he told me to come back in two hours to finalize the deal. I did so, and everything was ready when I returned. The rest of the process was effortless. I drove my new car out of the dealership less than an hour after I had returned, I have been a customer of Park Avenue Acura for,the past six years.
