When I first walked in the door I was immediately greeted by someone & let them know that I had an appointment to meet with Ivan... he walked us over to his desk and went to find our sales rep. Ivan and I had spoken a few times previously regarding a few different cars that I was quoting out since I was undecided on which car. Ivan was a pleasure he was able to get everything taken care of for me since I work an hour away from the dealership he was able to work out the bank approval for me so that when I got to the dealership it wasn't all this back and forth and waiting for hours. I sat down, got the information I needed over to my insurance company then immediately after we met with the finance manager who was FANTASTIC! Not only was he friendly, personable but he was actually very funny,n my fiance & I had a pleasure chatting with him! I never once felt rushed out, or uncomfortable with the process. After signing the paperwork my car was waiting for me right outside the door just waiting to be driven away! Ivan sat inside the car with me and went over all details and answered all of my silly questions. I am more than confident that in 3 years I will be back for my next Acura. Jonathan welcome us on our way in, and after a brief description of what we were looking for, he was able to shows us a couple of good options that fit our budget. He was very honest and acted very professional and made a priority to try to get us more value for our money. The whole process of trading an older car from another brand, getting a new MDX and assisting the finance process was completely within 3 hours, which I think is a record in comparison to other dealerships that make you waste so much time.
