Sensational Experience I live in NY and lease my previous MDX at an Acura Dealer in NY. I heard about Park Ave Acura and wanted to see what the fuss is all about. When I wen I live in NY and lease my previous MDX at an Acura Dealer in NY. I heard about Park Ave Acura and wanted to see what the fuss is all about. When I went in to dealership I was greeted by Mano Gobencion with a smile. Mano was very pleasant to talk too. He went over the new 2017 MDX and pointed out the new features that the 2014 did not have. I did not buy that day. But a week later I called him and decided to buy it because of the great deal he gave me. We did everything over the phone via text and when I got to the dealership all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Everything went so smoothly. In the past I picked up my new cars that I bought from different dealerships and was never been introduced to the the Service Department. Mano took the time to show me where their Service Department is and introduced to their Service Writers. This is good to know since their service department is in a different address. I told him I have done my research and I know all about the MDX. We then sat at his desk and talked about the price of the MDX with all the accessories I wanted, he gave me such a great deal that I could not refused. Mano was great and very patient in going over the MDX Technology with my wife at the time of Pick up. Most sales person will not spend an hour to go over the features of the vehicle.
