I reached out to the dealership through their website about 2 weeks before Christmas- I wanted to see if I could trade my wife's car in for a new one as a Christmas gift without her knowing. Within the hour I received an email from Curt. I explained what I wanted to do and we went back and forth a couple times on email. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I believe he gave me the best numbers he could right off the bat. I was pleased with the trade-in number I was offered for my vehicle and worked with him on getting the rest of the deal done. Could not have been any smoother- was great on email, phone and text with all the questions I had. I was able to pick the car up on Christmas Eve morning and he walked me through all the new features so I could explain to my wife the next day.
