Dan has a great warm personality while being extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the 2012 TSX, Technology model that my wife and I just purchased. In contrast to the circus like negotiation at other dealers, Dan was fair and respectful. I was well prepared in researching things in advance, something that Dan appreciated, making it easier for us both. After a short negotiation process we reached a fair compromise on price and a trade-in value of a 2009 Camry Hybrid. The showroom demo, test drive and vehicle information Dan provided was excellent. When we picked up the car a few days later everything was perfect. Extraordinary attention to detail and patience while providing a very thorough review of the car's features. We have purchased a number of cars over 30 years and this was our best experience by far. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and visit the folks at Park Ave Acura, particularly Dan.
