I can undoubtedly say that Nick and my experience at Park ave has changed my a idea of car salesman. Despite my many calls and questions Nick always had the time to answer my questions and put together the best deal for me. He spelled out all fees and when it came time to go to James to finish the financing things were just as easy. I was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly everything that Nick said. I called up ahead and had Nick run my info. I was in and out in an hour. Car was perfectly detailed and ready to go. Even after he deal was done he took about a half hour to go through all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Nick and Park ave have earned a customer for life. Keep doing what your doing. Thanks again. I have leased my 3rd Acura today with John Kim as my sales associate. It was the 2013 ILX premium package, and from the start I had explained my current situation to John. He has expressed a lot of patience with me and knew my concerns financially and also with wanting to make a good choice on another Acura lease as well as me not wanting to compromise on quality and service, while getting the fairest price i can. I told him that i wanted to first try and find the best prices i possibly can on a new Acura lease. He understood my concerns and welcomed my desire to do so. After exhausting other Acura dealerships It turns out that in the end John's price was the absolute best i was able to do under the circumstance. From beginning to the end of the process he was always courteous and extremely patient with me and always had my best interest at heart. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule on the close of the lease. the overall experience was very good , as he had me in and out of the dealership in a timely fashion without compromising service and information. I was in the market for a used car. I contacted John to see what he had in stock as I was interested in the TL. I had dealt with John before. My father had purchased a new RDX from John and he was very pro see what he had in stock as I was interested in the TL. I had dealt with John before. He told me he had one TL in stock and to stop by if I was interested. I decided to stop by Park Ave after work without contacting John to see the TL as well as get an appraisal on my car. I noticed John was with a customer but he still found time to greet me and had someone work on the appraisal. After he was done with his customer we went to his office. He showed me the TL he had in stock. After I saw the car we went back to his office to negotiate a price. In the end John gave me a great deal on the TL and a very good appraisal on my trade in. I ended up taking the TL home that day. Again I was not disappointed with Park Ave. John is a great guy and will do his best to help you. If your in the market for a car especially an Acura. I shopped around for over a month trying to buy a new car and after I spoke with Curt, the deal was done. We visited other Acura dealers closer to home. These dealers were not able to get the car we wanted and they were not willing to give us a fair offer on a 2013 Acura TL with manual transmission ($1000 o dealers were not able to get the car we wanted and they were not willing to give us a fair offer on a 2013 Acura TL with manual transmission ($1000 off of list price is not acceptable). Frustrated, we decided to go online and get competitive quotes from other dealers. We also used a popular consumer magazine's service and reached out as far as 150 miles away in search of the model an color we wanted. We learned that the prices were a little better, but no one could get the car we wanted. What we got were many phone calls (I stopped counting at 30) and many emails. Unfortunately, none of these dealers had the car or could get the car in a reasonable amount of time. A friend in the auto business of a friend suggested we reach out to Moreno Rimmuado at Park Avenue Acura. After speaking to Moreno for five minutes I learned we finally found the right dealer. He offered us excellent pricing without haggling, guaranteed he would have the car within ten days and was able to answer any question I came up with. Within a day Dan Shapiro reached out to me via email and needed some details to get the paperwork started. I called him when it was convenient for me and he gave me all of the particulars. Two days later I get a voice mail and a email, the car is at the dealer. When we arrived at the dealer we were greeted by Dan, a few minutes later brought us into James office and introduced us. Moreno stopped what he was doing and stopped in to say hello. James stepped out for a minute to get dome additional paperwork and I start to think to myself, here we go now I'm going to learn it's too good to be true... Instead James comes back a minute later and we are treated very well; financing rates are as good as they gets (.9 percent for 60 months) all paperwork is complete and accurate, no surprises whatsoever. James explains everything before I sign each document instead of rushing me. There were no hidden fees, no mandatory undercoating, no pinstripes, no spinning hubcaps, etc. Once the paperwork was completed, Dan then brought us outside to the car. He went over everything we needed, from the operation of the remote keys to some of unique features. He then showed us a few tricks that are not so obvious and discussed maintenance, roadside assistance, warranty, etc. After Dan answered all of our questions we drove home with smiles ear to ear. Today I got a follow up thank you from Dan and Peter. Yes I realize that these guys are salesman and are in business to sell cars. In my mind making the sale is certainly important, however what you do after the sale may be more important by getting a repeat customer and a few referrals. More
