With my past experiences with dealers and their financing departments, I wanted to stay away. At the same time I knew that I was going to approach that bridge once again in the future. Once I gathered myself and gained some courage, I sent an email to their internet sales. I asked to see an Acura MDX and so it began. I showed up that evening and was greeted by Nick Martinez. Not pushy or overzealous on making a sale. At first glance I did not find what I was looking for. He agreed and we were going on our way. I described exactly what I wanted and he gave me options to think about. One of the options was comparable on what we were looking for and we settled on something the next day. The process was smooth and without any shortcomings. This gave me a bit of hope that there are companies out there that cut to the chase and address the customer and their needs. Thanks Nick More

The buying experience with Curt was a pleasure. He is a true professional. He is highly intelligent about his product and can explain detailed points while comparing various vehicles, in contrast to sales true professional. What I also really like about Curt was that he answers emails almost instantly. We basically did the entire transaction over email - which is exactly the way things work at my finance job in NYC and is the way I like to do business - simple and efficient. With regards to price, I subscribed to the Consumer Reports Buying program and received internet quotes from dealers closer to my home; I didn’t tell Curt what those quotes were, and when Curt gave me his internet price it was $500 less. Also, I financed the car with Acura’s current 0.9% program. Curt gave me the forms over email as a pdf, I filled them out, and emailed it back. I also sent Curt pdfs of my insurance card and a few other necessary paperwork items. When I arrived last night at Park Ave to pick-up the car, the paperwork was all done, I signed the docs and was done in about 7 minutes. Curt then spent 45 minutes in the car with me reviewing all the key points I would want to know before driving off the lot. Overall, Curt and Park Ave were both terrific. I have often wondered in the past why the buying process for a $40,000 product was so arduous . Now I know it doesn’t have to be. Going forward, I would never buy a car anywhere else than with Curt at Park Ave. More
