Several years ago in 2011, my wife and I were looking to replace our family car after a bad accident. We looked at several brands, including Acura, which is when we met Dan Schapiro. Dan showed us the MDX, and we absolutely loved the car, but it was not big enough to be the primary vehicle for our family (we take frequent roadtrips with our 4 children and granny; luggage space was an important consideration). At all times, Dan encouraged us to make the right decision for us, and understood our needs. Unlike other experiences at the time, Dan did not go into the heavy sales pitch mode to get the sale, but rather encouraged us to make the right decision for us. After working with Dan, I made a mental note to come back when our second car (a 1999 Lexus RX300) needed to be replaced. Fast forward, in September 2013, the Lexus started showing signs of its age, and my wife and I decided it was time to replace it. Due to the extent of the malfunctioning, I needed to replace the car quickly. My first and only call was to Dan Schapiro based on our last meeting 2 years ago and within an hour purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from him. Given the new features in the 2014 model (bigger vehicle, more space, easier access to 3rd row), the car was even better than in 2011. The car was ready for me early the next day; Dan came in on his day off to get me the car as quickly as possible. Several weeks having gone by, I remain extremely pleased with our decision and the price paid for the car. The entire dealership seemed to work well together as a team. So I highly recommend all three: the Acura MDX, Dan Schapiro and Park Ave Acura. More

After visiting Lexus, Infiniti, Audi and another Acura dealer, we were very pleased with our leasing of a TL at Park Ave Acura. They picked us up from the train station when we came to pick up the car, and removed the dealer nameplate for us as well. This is our fifth leased car and I always dread it because it's so stressful making the right decision about a car and having to deal with the financial aspect. Paul was great and we will gladly return in 3 years to see what new car he can show us. More

First I want to say I originally bought my Acura new at DCH Montclair Acura and had every service done there until late. I tried other dealerships until I landed at Park Ave. From day one I dealt with Keith and he is the reason I have been returning for all my service. Like I said I have been to many dealerships and Keith by far is the best representative I have had. His pricing is fair and he makes sure my car is taken care of. If something needs to be done or a part needs to replaced he is extremely knowledgeable and I trust his decisions. I highly recommend Park Ave and Keith. Keep up the good work and I plan on being a customer for the foreseeable future. More

Alfredo did a great job in being proactive and not overbearing. In the end his sales style was more impressive than dealers closer to my home and I ended up purchasing from Alfredo. Usually car salespeople try to push you into buying a car and are not direct with the price. I asked John for the price of the car and he was very clear and upfront. Bought my 2001 Acura TL here in 2000 and have never had any service done on my car other than here. No reason to. Superior customer service all around.
