We went to Park Ave Acura because of the Dealer Rater reviews of Curt Lewis, which were positive, and the reviews of dealers and salesmen elsewhere in the Tri-State Area, which generally were not. Even though it took us six months (and multiple visits with our kids crawling all over the showroom) to get our act together, and even though we went from looking at buying an MDX to leasing an RDX (which we ultimately did), and even though we wound up, after waiting and waiting and waiting, jamming the entire lease+pickup+adding optional equipment into one Saturday afternoon during which Curt had another appointment scheduled, Curt was nothing but helpful and friendly and made our whole experience as painless as it could be. Same with the folks who took care of the financing, adding the optional equipment and dealing with the trade-in. Curt did a nice job of discounting the vehicle down towards invoice pricing and he was totally transparent about what costs were included (or not) in the financing. We are so grateful to Curt and recommend him (and Park Ave Acura) highly to all who want an Acura and also want to avoid a headache in the process of buying/leasing one. More
