Overall experience was great. As a result, we called Alfredo and asked him to check on the status of the vehicle. Within 10 minutes we actually received a video text from him in the parking lot running through the features of the car. We were very impressed. We arrived later that morning and he had the car already warmed and ready for a test drive. The entire process was entirely relaxed and we did not feel pressured at any point in time. After the test drive negotiations went smoothly and the dealership was more than willing to work with us. Once again, no pressure tactics- just a friendly conversation about price and terms. All in all, a very good experience. We will definitely be sure to keep Alfredo's number handy when we purchase our next vehicle. More

My wife and I just picked up a new 2014 RDX a few days ago and Dan Shapiro was our sales person. This is the second car that Dan helped us with and he is one of the main reasons why we returned to Park A ago and Dan Shapiro was our sales person. The negotiation process that included a trade in, was a reasonable and very respectful process that was completed in a timely manner. I believe the final outcome was very fair for both of us. Dan does an outstanding job following up with the various details and clearly communicated the status with us while waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. Upon delivery, Dan was completely prepared with the required paperwork and provided an excellent overview and explanation of the vehicle's features. He was also actively involved with the entire process, including making sure that things like the garage door codes and navigation systems were totally erased. At the end of the process he offered to call anytime if we had any questions or needed any assistance. I highly recommend Dan, who has once again demonstrated an outstanding level of customer service and integrity throughout the sales process and is a tremendous asset to the Park Ave Acura organization. Their entire staff is very friendly towards the customer.
