I'm not from the area so I wasn't sure at the initial stages that I would go through Park Ave. I contacted the dealership, Alfredo was immediate to respond (off hours, the dealership had already closed). He was so attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with, that by the next business day I closed the deal and am enjoying my new MDX. He is as pleasant and accommodating as one could hope for. If it wasn't for his pleasant nature, and the fact that he was so on top of things, I probably would have gone back to my nearest dealership. I woke up one morning and decided that it was the time to look for a new car. My BMW 335xi 2008 had done its job keeping me and my family safe for over 6 years. I shopped around for a few weeks looking into many cars – SUV especially. I landed at Acura USA website and really interested in RDX AWD with Technology package. I then located the nearest dealership and found Park Ave Acura. I went on Park Ave Acura website and got the estimate trading value from “black book”. A few days after that I was contacted by Alfredo Sierra from Park Ave Acura. After a few e-mail and phone calls, my wife and I went in for the test drive and we felt in love with the RDX. Alfredo took time to answer all the questions we had on that day and even after. It took us less than a week before we decided to move forward with the purchase of our new RDX 2015. Alfredo also helped me negotiating the trade in value for my BMW. Park Ave. Acura matched what BMW had offered me which I was very happy with. Even though it was hard to leave BMW after being their royal customer for over 14 years but My wife and I believed that RDX was the right choose for our family. Since I got the RDX, I’m enjoying driving it everyday. More

I have had a lot of poor car buying experiences so I am always ready for the typical issues; the bait and switch, dealer add-on costs, inflated finance rates etc. I had none of this with Mano and Park Ave Acura. The entire purchase, from seeing the car to driving it off the dealer lot was not only painless, it was actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Park Ave Acura and Mano Gobencion. I was also very impressed with my experience with James Lundy and the way he handled the entire financial transaction. Several other competing dealerships in the area would be well served to take a lesson from this dealership and act as professionally as James and Mano. More

Excellent and Professional I saw an Acura TL advertised and sent an email to inquire about the car. I received a personalized response within the hour from Curt Lewis. We emailed back and forth negotiating the price and ironing out some details. When I went into the dealership to look at the car it was out front and ready to go. Curt was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable through the whole process. We talked numbers and finance rates. He promised to find me a good rate and sure enough within 24 hours he had found me something even better that I could find at a bank. I put down a deposit and came back three days later to pick up the car. When I arrived to pick up the car it was cleaned and in perfect condition. I once again sat down with Curt and he helped me finalize the registration, the plates, and the insurance. After that I was able to meet with James Lundy in the finance department. He walked me through everything and was also very knowledgeable through the finance part of things. Overall my car buying experience could not have been better. The price was as negotiated and I worked with the consummate professionals. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family alike. More
