Get Alfredo an office downstairs! I recently bought a 2014 Acura MDX from Alfredo Sierra and the service he provided during the whole process was fantastic. I first contacted Park Ave I recently bought a 2014 Acura MDX from Alfredo Sierra and the service he provided during the whole process was fantastic. I first contacted Park Ave Acura on its website using the "chat live" function because a family member recommended looking at the MDX to compare with another brand of midsize SUV my wife and I were looking at. Alfredo was the person on the other end of the "chat live" function. I asked him a few questions about financing options and he was helpful in letting me know what deals were available. I made an appointment to test drive the MDX with my wife the next evening after work. It's interesting to note that there was no reason for Alfredo to believe that I would be coming in to test drive the car since I was just another anonymous person on the Internet, but Alfredo was very accommodating, and had an MDX ready for the test drive when we got there 30 minutes before closing. Alfredo is very friendly, attentive to the customers' needs, and very proactive. When talking about cost, all the numbers were displayed on the computer for us to see, and Alfredo was very helpful in showing us various financing scenarios. We've been to one dealership where the salesperson would go somewhere in the back to get the numbers and return with what the monthly payments would be without any indication of what the % APR was, as if it was a secret, so our experience at Park Ave Acura was a breath of fresh air. We didn't feel pressured to buy, even when the dealership was closed by the time we sat down to look at the different financing scenarios. Once we decided to buy the car, Alfredo was very helpful in getting the vehicle with the exterior and interior color that we wanted and also contacting our insurance company. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we didn't feel that we were being pressured or that we were being steered towards something we didn't want. If you see Alfredo about your transportation needs, you'll notice that he has an office upstairs next to what looks like the break room as opposed to the fancy offices downstairs with the glass walls. I think he should have one of the offices downstairs for the quality work that he does. If you are shopping for a new or almost new car, ask for Alfredo Sierra. More

THE BEST car leasing experience to date! I have leased so many times - stopped counting - from Nissan, Toyota, and Lexus and this my first Acura lease was by far the fastest, easiest, and mos I have leased so many times - stopped counting - from Nissan, Toyota, and Lexus and this my first Acura lease was by far the fastest, easiest, and most pleasant leasing experience that I had to date. For this lease I did an extensive research: spoke with car broker and met / talked with many other Acura dealers: 3 in NJ (including one that Costco promotes) and 1 in NY. I picked this dealer because they had exact car I wanted in stock. I got a great price for it that I knew was right for this car and negotiating for it took just 2 phone calls. Really! I called them first and asked for a lease quote with certain terms on a specific car they had in stock. My salesman Jorge Agraz called me back with their quote, which was about $40 more than I knew was the right price for this lease. I told them my $40 less price offer and they accepted it right there - NO GOING TO ASK MANAGER BS, NO WAITING, THAT WAS THE END OF THE NEGOTIATION. At that point I still could not believe it was this simple and waited for gimmicks and things to come up ones I get to the dealer to sign papers. Nothing! When I stopped by the dealer that very same day, just as promised I got my price, they approved my financial application and I signed a draft for the lease. Everything took 30 minutes AT MOST. I was picking up the car next day in the morning. I stopped by at 11 am and was out of the dealership at 12 after signing my final lease paperwork and getting tutorial of the car. I could not believe till the very end on how little time I spent in the dealership on negotiation and leasing this great car for a great price. From my previous leasing experience, it took hours!!! and I had to dedicate at least half a day on going to dealership to set up a new lease. This was just such a surprisingly easy and wonderful experience and I just can't recommend enough this wonderful Acura dealer!!! I LOVE my new 2014 ILX Hybrid. Thank You! More
