Professional and Personal Customer Experience Being in sales, I wanted to ensure I vetted as many dealers as possible for the best opportunity out there. I did my due diligence by shopping online and even multiple dealers. I first visited the Wayne Acura location, where I dealt with Humberto - I never felt so disrespected as a consumer. He refused to speak English to me as he was Hispanic and saw our similarities. When I asked for the best pricing, he brought his manager to the table, and his manager proceeded to shake my hand and tell me there is no better price. I left feeling very weary of Acura and its standards. I then visited the Acura in Ramsey, the sales people were very kind, but the finance manager David was a train wreck. He disrespected his fellow colleagues, spoke poorly to them and just lacked professionalism in total. I had all but gave up on Acura, and was going to move to Lexus, when I received an email, and call from Alfredo. I was very skeptical, being that I had such a negative experience with the other dealers! He promptly answered all my questions, I invited me in to his office, gave us a test drive, and closed us within 48 HOURS! It was the hassle free, no gimmicks experience I have only dreamed of. He gave us by far the best pricing, and made us feel comfortable and secure about the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better car or experience.
