Horrible experience!! I'm a Audi customer for year and for a minute I was considering on buying a Acura. I asked for a brosure he even didn't know where the information was. Because I'm still few payments away from ending my lease he quoted me with a payment I asked is that your best price he said yes like he was being bother. Like he was wasting his time he even put me on the system just because I still owe payments on my current lease!! Good news to them I'm buying my Acura and I'm willing to pay more that you guys quoted me even tho I went there because is just five minutes away from my house.
