My service rep Rebecca was great. My vehicle service was great. My experience with the shuttle service to work was "Horrible". The driver, not sure of his name was so unprofessional. He spoke of politics and used vulgar language during the ride, which made me very uncomfortable. Not sure of his mental status, I felt vulnerable and offended during the ride.
