Bought 2 cars here and love the product. This was the first time service was a bit off. The part ordered came from a different location than expected and days later. All of this happens but the service rep and the technicians didn't seem to keep each other up to date and I was not informed of the process. I was offered a loner early on but declined figuring I wouldn’t need it. Iknow it was super busy but updates are nice. More
