Lauren was so helpful from the moment she reached out to my via phone. The only internet sales rep who had no problem walking the lot to send videos and constantly answering my questions prior to me coming my via phone. Once I was in the store she was efficient and professional. The process was seamless. Kudos to the entire Paretti staff. I drove in from out of town and I'm highly thinking of coming in to have my vehicle serviced there if this is any indication of how the service will be on the service side. More

He made my paperwork for being out of state effortless and seemless. He took care of everything for my transfer to Michigan. Jonathon was extremely helpful in letting me know of my options for warranties and “extras” He provided excellent info on the products and didn’t “push” the back end products down my throat. This is one of the best run dealerships I have dealt with for luxury vehicles. Highly recommmend and I will be back. BTW, their inventory is incredible.
