I live in Michigan and stop here to have them look a my car due to the engine running roughly. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to look at my car in a short period of time. Generally had a hard time with communication from the Service center. They always seemed to be understaffed. Brought my vehicle for a diagnostic and completed a $800 repair only to find out the diagnosti Service center. They always seemed to be understaffed. Brought my vehicle for a diagnostic and completed a $800 repair only to find out the diagnostic was incomplete and quoted for additional repair $6K. They are always nice and friendly, but the staffing level just doesn’t support a quality service experience More
