We strive to provide the best customer service experience possible, and I apologize that we fell short of meeting your expectations on your last service visit. We had a new advisor training and there should have not been any confusing with the paperwork. With every Mazda that is brought in we do run a report that shows us if the vehicle is in warranty and if there are any maintenance packages by Mazda available for your vehicle. The report did not show any maintenance packages, and we checked the system that we submit the claims to, and your vehicle was not listed. Without us knowing, that is why payment was requested. Since we were not the selling dealer there was no way for us knowing that there was a maintenance package on your vehicle. Your selling dealer did not complete the paperwork on their end at the time of purchase. After you called your salesperson at the dealership you purchased from, they submitted the paperwork the right way, we were able to get the claim done for you. Again, I want to apologize that we fell short and look forward to working again in the future. If there is anything else, you need please feel free to reach out.
