I made a phone call to inquire about the vehicle at which time I was introduced to Patricia Guillory. She was very thorough and honest in her communications, making me aware of some of the "blemishes" the car had so there were no surprises. She sent me numerous pictures and was timely, friendly and not pushy in any of the communications.
