It took a month before they started work on my car. Luckily I had requested a loaner. They certainly could have let me keep my vehicle and let me know when they were in fact ready for it instead of kee Luckily I had requested a loaner. I got NO updates and had to constantly call to get the status. This was frustrating because I was originally told it would take them 3 days. I certainly understand the lack of employees and know they were trying their hardest but some communication was needed. More
