Really Bad Service - J. Jackson My most recent experience with Land Rover New Orleans service department has been horrible. My car was held at their facility for 3 to 4 weeks and not My most recent experience with Land Rover New Orleans service department has been horrible. My car was held at their facility for 3 to 4 weeks and nothing has been fixed outside of the oil change. My coolant light had been on for at least 2 oil changes and was initially dismissed as a light that comes on when the weather changes. I was told now that there was a leak and that it was in an obscure place and was fixed. The coolant light came back on just last week. My tire sensor light was on and supposed fixed. It was back on when I picked up my car and they did not know which tire sensor had gone bad... after 4 weeks of having my car and knowing it was a problem!! I was also told that my radio and bluetooth cutting in and out had something to do with at first a need for a computer update, then was told they cleared codes and it was no longer a problem, and then finally it had something to do with the auxillary battery that I didn't want them to change because I had no proof it was a low charge or bad battery. No one kept me abreast of what was happening with my car. They never have a loaner for me so I rode around in an Enterprise van hoping I no one would hit me. It was a horrendous experience and I do not trust Paretti at all to adequately diagnose or fix what they say they are going to fix. I am waiting for someone from the dealership to reach out and rectify the situation now that I have written a review on one of their surveys. I am looking for another place that specializes in luxury cars to work on my car for the long term. More

She is always knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Prior to working with Rachael, Connie was my service representative. Connie knows cars inside and out, and she always provided excellent service to me and kept my cars in excellent shape. Unfortunately, this last time the Jaguar is dead. Its engine and radiator are damaged so extensively, that it impractical to repair it. I am currently dealing with State Farm Insurance attempting to reach a reasonable settlement with them. I will be shopping far a new car later in the year, and will certainly shop at Paretti. If I buy another Jaguar, I will again depend on the ladies in the service department to keep it in excellent shape. More
