For whatever reason, my appointment was not on the schedule. Coming from Franklinton, I surely didn’t want to have to come back. The dealership itself is nice but the service department is an absolute joke. Went for 2 new tires after hitting a pothole and stated as such. 3 visits later they finally figure out the reason for steering is an absolute joke. The service department has terrible communication skills. It took 11 weeks to get a sensor changed that I was told would be a couple of days. I called to make sure the car was ready. Said it was and I asked was it washed and of course they reassured me it was washed. I get there and it was not. I waited while it was washed 30-40 min.
