Took my 15R in for its yearly checkup. They found the pinion seal leaking and repaired it. My Service Advisor, Marlen, was great to work with. She kept me up on the parts order and even filed my claim wi pinion seal leaking and repaired it. My Service Advisor, Marlen, was great to work with. I was pleased with the service from Lawrence. He was knowledgeable, calm and understanding. I am not pleased that a high- end vehicle which has 120,000 miles, has been serviced at the recommended inte knowledgeable, calm and understanding. I am not pleased that a high- end vehicle which has 120,000 miles, has been serviced at the recommended intervals, has on the highway 80% of the time would develop and oil leak that would find its' way into the valves. Great Customer Service! Had an appointment for an oil change Was told about a nail in my tire with my tire rotation Thank God there was a tire available to replace it . Found out why my check engine ligh change Was told about a nail in my tire with my tire rotation Thank God there was a tire available to replace it . Found out why my check engine light was.
