Horrible service dept. 2nd time there only because no one else can perform certain repairs. Typically a 2 month wait and might refuse you for service. Marlen, my service advisor, and her expert team of skilled techn does and excellent job of training his employees and running the Service Department. Marlen, my service advisor, and her expert team of skilled technicians are the best in class when it comes to troubleshooting issues and providing superior customer service at a fair price. Marlen pays attention to my needs and is great at communicating with me every step of the way and advising me accordingly. I have options when it comes to the vehicle that I drive and I choose to drive a vehicle from Paretti solely based on the respect that my friends at Paretti show me when I'm there. More
