My car was sent there for a fuel pump issue, I got it out the shop & a day later the car broke down on the side the hwy with the same Issue. Also, this dealership does not offered Courtesy cars unless you pu the shop & a day later the car broke down on the side the hwy with the same Issue. Also, this dealership does not offered Courtesy cars unless you purchase there. I thought the entire Jaguar Company was a family. Very disappointing- so I had to rent another car although they didn’t fix the problem correctly the first time! More

There was no detail on the receipt. It just said “LR multi fictional blah blah” how about tell me what you did. You also left the tire pressure low. So my wife, with a 10 month old, It just said “LR multi fictional blah blah” how about tell me what you did. You also left the tire pressure low. I gave this a yes. However, since I have purchased my Discovery, I have had to return the veh'l for the same issue. This was supposed to be a Certified Veh'l and clea However, since I have purchased my Discovery, I have had to return the veh'l for the same issue. This was supposed to be a Certified Veh'l and clearly it wasn't! Now I am being told it needs a Catalytic Converter. They are checking to see if one is in the states but it not, I would have to wait for one to be built in the UK. This veh'l should have never been sold with the underlying issue. More
