After having a distinctly negative experience in May, Craig Connelly contacted me on two separate occasions. The first call secured knowledge of the visit and encountered problems. The second call from Craig Connelly contacted me on two separate occasions. The first call secured knowledge of the visit and encountered problems. The second call from Criag was to discuss the options of rectifying and fulfilling the service that was agreed to but not performed on my vehicle during the May service. This second call led to an additional appointment. On my June 22nd visit, my tires were rotated, and my vehicle was washed and cleaned beautifully, even the buffing out of a few light scratches. I was very pleased and believe that Craig should be commended for his determination to first secure information as to the events in May and then, as service manager to make every effort to uphold the high standard that has been associated with the Jaguar dealership. Also, Marlen Martinez-Harris manner was polite and courteous, providing a totally different experience than the one that I had encountered in May. She was excellent. After my May experience, I would always prefer to work directly with Craig to secure correct information and proper service. I hope that this survey is helpful. Oil Change: 4 Stars (nothing special here, they just did their job. Troubleshoot squeaking nose: 0 stars, Car wash: 2 Stars. With a luxury brand such as Jaguar, all service provided should be no less than their job. Troubleshoot squeaking nose: 0 stars, Car wash: 2 Stars. With a luxury brand such as Jaguar, all service provided should be no less than 5 stars. The Troubleshooting for a squeak noise supposedly turned up nothing, but as soon as I left and got on the causeway, not only was the squeak still there, it was even louder. This tells me the troubleshooting was non existent. The Car wash gets low marks too. The car was washed but the windows and windshield was not wiped down and had water spots stained throughout. And needless to say, the inside of the windows was not wiped either. I expect way more from a brand such as Jaguar. Lastly, although I am appreciative of having a rental provided, Enterprise provided a car that had a severe smell of cigarette smoke. When I told them to annotate this the rep said she couldn't smell it. I told her if she removed her mask she would 100% smell it. She finally agreed that the car smelled like an ash tray. I rode back to the Northshore and across the causeway and via the I-12 with the windows down as I became ill due to the smell. When I needed to use the windshield washer and wipers, the fluid in the washer tank was empty. Service all around really sucks these days. More
