The worst car purchase I have ever experienced. I leased a brand new 2020 Range Rover HSE. I experienced multiple mistakes that I will not go into detail about every single one. When I picked the RR HSE I a a brand new 2020 Range Rover HSE. I experienced multiple mistakes that I will not go into detail about every single one. When I picked the RR HSE I asked if the wheels could be swapped. I was told NO that the dealership does not allow that. I was also informed that if I replace the wheels during the lease I must return the RR HSE with the original wheels to avoid penalty. After I ordered my new wheels we looked at the sticker and I discovered that I did not purchase the Range Rover HSE as listed on the sticker and it was never disclosed to me that the 22' inch wheels were removed even after I told them I hated the wheels on the RR HSE. I was told the car was discounted by $4,775.00 since it was one of the last 2020's on the lot. It was never disclosed that the 22' wheels were swapped for 20' wheels. The cost of the wheels per the sticker was $4,285.00. READ THE STICKER AND BE SURE YOU ARE GETTING EVERYTHING ON YOUR VEHICLE AS ADVERTISED. Consumers be aware when buying from this dealership and read the sticker to be sure you are buying the vehicle as listed on the sticker. Customer service is not their priority. On August 5, 2020 I had a appointment set up to have my vehicle (2017 Jaguar XE) serviced for rear brakes and pads replacement and a brake system flush. When I arrived I explained to my service advisor th vehicle (2017 Jaguar XE) serviced for rear brakes and pads replacement and a brake system flush. When I arrived I explained to my service advisor that my gas cap light & engine light was on and every time I put gas in my car it’s hard to start. I also had a reservation for a loaner because she explained to me that my would take a while to complete the repairs. When I arrived she told me that she didn’t have any loaners available (after a loaner was supposed to be reserved for me) & that Jaguar could reserve me a rental thru Enterprise at no fee. So I had to wait on a shuttle to bring me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car. On August 10, 2020 when I returned to pick up my vehicle & was told that everything was completed and that the technician drove my car and didn’t find anything wrong with my gas cap & the engine didn’t come on. But my brake job was serviced. On that very same day after I left Jaguar my gas cap light & engine light came back on. I called my advisor AGAIN and explained to her that my car was still having the same problem. I had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment & a loaner. When I arrived for my SECOND APPOINTMENT I was told that the loaner was being cleaned & they will be pulling it around shortly after a hour and a half I was told that something was wrong with the loaner & JAGUAR Have reserved me a rental at HERTZ. Two weeks later I received a call saying my gas cap was bad and that thats what was making my engine light come on & some more BS.. Well guess what? The same thing happened the next day! Gas cap light & engine light came back on after I paid for what they told me the problem was. I called JAGUAR AGAIN . I had to bring my car back in this time I was told it’s the EVAP SYSTEM & they have to order the part. I was told once the part come in that I will be contacted to bring my car in for service... No one contacted me after a couple of days I called Jaguar and was told the part wasn’t in yet & that my car wouldn’t be able to be serviced until Mid-October. Ever time I put gas in my car it hesitate to start & it’s embarrassing... JAGUAR SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! More
