My vehicle has been in Paretti's body shop for over three months and will not be ready for at least three more weeks. This is mostly due to the fact they have one "aluminum certified" technician on staff, ho months and will not be ready for at least three more weeks. This is mostly due to the fact they have one "aluminum certified" technician on staff, however, land rover requires them to have two. I have asked repeatedly for a "loaner" vehicle and have been refused citing company policy against providing loaners to body shop customers. However, exceptions have been made. When I spoke with the General Manager, Richard Findley, he advised loaners are only provided in "extenuating circumstances". If my vehicle being with them for four months due to them being understaffed does not qualify as an extenuating circumstance, then what possibly could? More
