Took my 15R in for its yearly checkup. They found the pinion seal leaking and repaired it. My Service Advisor, Marlen, was great to work with. I was pleased with the service from Lawrence. He was knowledgeable, calm and understanding. I am not pleased that a high- end vehicle which has 120,000 miles, has been serviced at the recommended inte knowledgeable, calm and understanding. I am not pleased that a high- end vehicle which has 120,000 miles, has been serviced at the recommended intervals, has on the highway 80% of the time would develop and oil leak that would find its' way into the valves. Warner Williams owner of 2015 Black Range Rover. I was also disappointed there was not a loaner or rental vehicle available...however I completely understand. More

Great Customer Service! Had an appointment for an oil change Was told about a nail in my tire with my tire rotation Thank God there was a tire available to replace it .
