The service department has terrible communication skills. It took 11 weeks to get a sensor changed that I was told would be a couple of days. I called to make sure the car was ready. Said it was and I asked was it washed and of course they reassured me it was washed. I get there and it was not. I waited while it was washed 30-40 min. I'm guessing you can understand how frustrating that is. But I love the car. Break pads and rotors for front and rear with 20k miles on them is outrageous. still can't get over that one. 5 star because I wouldn't want your rating to go down because of this. More

The service was outstanding but just frustrated that had I not asked for a “favor” the appointment would have been in December. The sensor for the cruise control (broken 3x in past 9 months) is in a dumb p I not asked for a “favor” the appointment would have been in December. The sensor for the cruise control (broken 3x in past 9 months) is in a dumb place - the front bumper. Whether I contributed to this or not I can’t say. But parts take a month. Then I asked for repairing minor damage to the bumper and my appointment is March 1. Doesn’t reflect the quality of the service, but it surely does the customer frustration on a $90K SUV. More
