For whatever reason, my appointment was not on the schedule. Coming from Franklinton, I surely didn’t want to have to come back. It did take a while, but they worked me in and fixed my issue in the sa schedule. Coming from Franklinton, I surely didn’t want to have to come back. The dealership itself is nice but the service department is an absolute joke. Went for 2 new tires after hitting a pothole and stated as such. 3 visits later they finally figure out the reason for steering is an absolute joke. Went for 2 new tires after hitting a pothole and stated as such. 3 visits later they finally figure out the reason for steering wheel vibration is a bent rim. Wouldn’t that be a common check after coming in for a pothole? Poor communication from service advisor, lead times for getting anything done is extended. No loaner vehicles ever available. Stay away from this place. More
