The dealership itself is nice but the service department is an absolute joke. Went for 2 new tires after hitting a pothole and stated as such. 3 visits later they finally figure out the reason for steering is an absolute joke. For whatever reason, my appointment was not on the schedule. Coming from Franklinton, I surely didn’t want to have to come back. Dealer refuses to work with my extended warranty. They explained me it is the owner’s policy not to work with other extended warranty other than the one they sell. The service department has terrible communication skills. It took 11 weeks to get a sensor changed that I was told would be a couple of days. I called to make sure the car was ready. Said it was and I asked was it washed and of course they reassured me it was washed. I get there and it was not. I waited while it was washed 30-40 min. I'm guessing you can understand how frustrating that is. But I love the car. Break pads and rotors for front and rear with 20k miles on them is outrageous. still can't get over that one. 5 star because I wouldn't want your rating to go down because of this. More
The service was outstanding but just frustrated that had I not asked for a “favor” the appointment would have been in December. Then I asked for repairing minor damage to the bumper and my appointment is March 1. Doesn’t reflect the quality of the service, but it surely does the customer frustration on a $90K SUV. More
