Horrible service dept. 2nd time there only because no one else can perform certain repairs. Typically a 2 month wait and might refuse you for service. Marlen, my service advisor, and her expert team of skilled techn does and excellent job of training his employees and running the Service Department. Marlen pays attention to my needs and is great at communicating with me every step of the way and advising me accordingly.
