very lousy service dept Called beginning of March to schedule oil change was told I had to wait until April 20th I spoke with service manager and my sales person. This Discovery had 4,400 miles at purchase had about 75 miles to reach 10,000 I purchased car in Sept 2016 was told bring in around 10,000 miles was promised a free oil change then was told not entitled because car was a loaner to previous clients this was not told to me by sales person. Well I decided to trade in for a different type where I would not have to wait 6 weeks to get oil change More

Worst service EVER! Worst service I have ever had. I took my Range Rover to Paretti on January 6th for a few simple repairs, it is now January 25th and it hasn't been to Worst service I have ever had. I took my Range Rover to Paretti on January 6th for a few simple repairs, it is now January 25th and it hasn't been touched. According to my advisor they STILL have 3 vehicles in front of me after nearly 19 days. I was originally told it would take 4-5 days. I was provided with a Jaguar loaner car that overheated today while I was on I-12 with clients in the car. I called and explained what was going on and brought the car to the dealership. Upon arrival they were rude when I asked the status of my Range Rover and provided me with a Toyota Avalon. PLEASE do yourself a favor and take your Land Rover product to another dealer. Appointments are made to fit my schedule Bought my new XF at Paretti 6 years ago. Purchase experience was ok. Service experiences have been fantastic. Appointments are made to fit my schedule & are always kept in a timely manner. They do what I request and give me a report on everything else they find that I should know about. Yea an oil & filter costs more than for my Ford but my Jag is a high-end luxury car - how could I expect anything else! Recently I've had to have the thermostat & the water pump replaced. Car has 112,000 miles - not disappointed. Chad loaned me a new XF both times, to my surprise. A hose failed minutes after I left their dealership after the water pump repair and I returned immediately. Chad apologized profusely and sent me on my way in that XF loaner. When I went back to get my car and asked how much I owed for the hose repair, he handsd be an invoive with zero as the amount due. He said they had my car too long and there would be no charge for the hose replacement! Chad and the other service writers plus parts person and others I interact with are always polite and courteous. I'm sure this treatment is not reserved for only me but I know they want my business and they make me feel like a valued customer!!! I'll be back!!! More
