Called Paretti and they scheduled an exam with 48 hours. Turned out something on the F Type had worn out My car is 4 yrs old and has 42,000 miles. The part and repair were fully covered by warranty. As an added bonus the service tech drove the car to be sure my problem was solved before returning it. He made recommendations as to deferred maintenance that were on point. There was no pressure only professional service and welcome advice. I highly recommend Paretti Jaguar More

Always get an appointment at my convenience plus a nice loaner, too. As soon as I walked into the service advisor area, Paul from Parts came over and gave me a tube of touchup paint that he had ordered for my XE! Indicator Light malfunction Paretti went above and beyond on customer service. I was out of town, traveling in the vehicle, when warning light appeared. Called the service dept Paretti went above and beyond on customer service. I was out of town, traveling in the vehicle, when warning light appeared. Called the service dept, they walked me through several steps to find out problem, and then advised what I needed to do until I could get my vehicle in the shop. Once back at home, Paretti was quick to get me in and repaired. Kept me informed of all details and even washed and vacuumed my car while being serviced. I really appreciate the helpful service and attention I was given. More
