Service was average as it was hard to get connected with someone in the service department but after the connection was made, the process was easy. Also, with a luxury vehicle, I would think that the car wo someone in the service department but after the connection was made, the process was easy. Also, with a luxury vehicle, I would think that the car would at least be washed and vacuumed after work has been done. Also, I had to ask about a loaner. This should have been offered before hand based on the amount of work being done and the amount of time that it took. However, after I requested the loaner, the process was easy and Val was very accommodating. Last, I would have preferred a personal call and conversation about what repairs was needed before receiving a text update on repairs being done on the vehicle. More
