After a $345 “Service Required” visit for my RR Sport: Oil change, check engine light, rotate and balance. Simple right? Wrong. Because I have a scratch on my left front wheel, I noticed that the tires w Oil change, check engine light, rotate and balance. Simple right? Wrong. Because I have a scratch on my left front wheel, I noticed that the tires were not rotated or balanced. Now I’ve got to spend another day getting that screw up fixed. Sloppy QC. Not happy.
