You are welcome. I am from Mississippi. When I first purchased my vehicle, I needed service right off the bat to get access to my radio and other gadgets. I contacted the Jaguar dealership in Jackson, MS they have yet to return my phone calls requesting assistance. But when I contacted Paretti Jaguar Land Rover Baton Rouge, you guys were spot on, and haven't broken your stride since. Val is wonderful and made accommodations as needed whenever my vehicle has been brought in for service. You guys are "BUSSIN-BUSSIN" as the kids say!
