Ray in service is outstanding. I had to have my Range Rover towed in because it stalled with a check engine light. Once it was detected that the engine had failed he proceeded to g I had to have my Range Rover towed in because it stalled with a check engine light. Once it was detected that the engine had failed he proceeded to get me into a loaner and promised to notify me upon repair completion. When the vehicle was repaired ( under warranty ) and ready to go, he notified me and I proceeded to the dealership, turned in the loaner and picked up my vehicle. All of this was completed within a pleasant happy environment as it always is.
