As always, Pringle is great. Communication is great. What I don’t like is the 30 day lead time for an appointment. I’m sure staffing and supply chain challenges are huge. Communication is great. It does deter me from buying another Range Rover. Nearly no inventory on the lot is another deterrent to future loyalty to Rover. More

I bought my car in on Wednesday and I didn’t get my car back until the next Tuesday after waiting two months for an appointment. My service person would only text and never call to keep me informed, I woul back until the next Tuesday after waiting two months for an appointment. My service person would only text and never call to keep me informed, I would have to text her to find out what’s going on with my car, I felt like I wasn’t important enough. I thank Mr. Pringle for telling me to pick up a rental vehicle, the next morning due to me needing transportation. More
