Phones lines didn’t work so I had to drive to the location. I arrived to the location and the representative was not kind or courteous. I was told I could leave my car and it “may” be seen in a wee location. I arrived to the location and the representative was not kind or courteous. I was told I could leave my car and it “may” be seen in a week or so but no promises. They told me they could not accept my extended warranty. I explained my steering wheel was faulty and I needed to get it fixed and didn’t know where to go and that I wasn’t comfortable driving around with a faulty steering wheel. They continued to not offer any helpful information. I then found out they withheld inform me with who could service me car. They have a shop they send their customers to when they don’t accept certain warranties yet they would not share that info with me. It wasn’t until another dealership stepped in who knew that verbiage to use that they were able to gain the information I needed. Yes I do own a Range Rover and I did not but it from Land Rover but it was because COVID has changed everything and inventory was low so I unfortunately had to buy a vehicle at another lot. However, I will only own this vehicle for a couple years and then I will be in the market for another. Based on my overall treatment, I do not plan to buy any future vehicles from Land Rover. I feel as they do not value their customers. I have had several dealings with this and the BR location and have been disgusted with the treatment. More
