I scheduled an appointment in February 2023, but I was told that another part was needed to complete the work. Well, why didn’t the dealership know that beforehand since they diagnosed the car? Not to mention, it would take at least a month for the part to come in. I’m thankful that the dealership put me in a loaner, but I’m very disappointed that my service is delayed and I have to schedule another appointment, which takes weeks. More
