I dropped the vehicle for "we owe" service on Monday August 21. Three items were on the "punch list" and only 1 was fixed by Wednesday afternoon. I still need a rim repaired and I will have to pay out August 21. Three items were on the "punch list" and only 1 was fixed by Wednesday afternoon. I still need a rim repaired and I will have to pay out of pocket for an inspection sticker. If it were not for our salesman Terrance Givens, who double checked the work performed and discovered the door handle had not been replaced, we would have given the service a 1 star review. Overall, we are not pleased with the level of service we received. My wife and I both expect much better from Paretti Jaguar/Land Rover. More
