I dropped the vehicle for "we owe" service on Monday August 21. Three items were on the "punch list" and only 1 was fixed by Wednesday afternoon. If it were not for our salesman Terrance Givens, who double checked the work performed and discovered the door handle had not been replaced, we would have given the service a 1 star review.
