Very responsive to my questions and made the purchase of my vehicle actually very fun, which is the way it should be. I really loved the attention of once I made the purchase, the staff taking the time to go over every switch, knob and feature to make sure I was fully aware of the many features before I drove off the lot. I'll definitely be buying my next Range Rover from these people again. More
Stay away We paid about 20% more than the car was worth expecting great service. Wrong worse service I ever received. A/c wasn't working told us 2 weeks before they would look at it left it with them for 2 1/2 weeks. We picked it up with a quote for 3500 in maintence, the A/c still didn't work. Horrible service would never buy from them again. More

This in itself was surprising since in over two years of hard driving ownership the car has required only routine service. A part needed to be shipped in so I was given a very nice loaner car. Unfortunately the car was stolen and I had to make a dreaded call to the dealership to inform them. Both the owner Mike Rase and the service manager JD were amazing. Their calm support made a trying time much easier. While Im sure it must have been very frustrating for them they assisted me with kindness and understanding in every way possible. Additionally my car was perfectly repaired at no cost. I am going to buy this wonderful car iff the lease and will be a customer for life. Thanks Shannon for your help also. More

Great experience due to attention we received from Eddie Eddy our salesman did every thing he could to make this the most enjoyable car buying experience. We were picked up in New Orleans and driven to the Eddy our salesman did every thing he could to make this the most enjoyable car buying experience. We were picked up in New Orleans and driven to the dealership in Baton Rouge. He spent several hours explaining the 2016 XJ features as we immediately drove 1500 miles back to Arizona and the crash course on the features was a great help. We called him twice while on the trip back for assistance. He was great! We handled the transaction entirely on the phone and nothing changed when we arrived at the dealership. Eddie stayed after closing to assure we we comfortable will the car prior to our departure back to Phoenix. More
