No communication or follow-up BEWARE OUT OF STATE BUYERS. The buying experience was fine. The problem has been the last three months of me trying to get me vehicle registration a BEWARE OUT OF STATE BUYERS. The buying experience was fine. The problem has been the last three months of me trying to get me vehicle registration and licence plates. The communication has been terrible, and I only get information when I reach out and request it. I have been told for months that my plates are on the way, then weeks go by and I have to follow up. Finally got the GM involved (only by email, as he has never had the courtesy to reach out to me by phone), and he assured me he would get this resolved. That was two weeks ago. Something still did not feel right, so I went to my local tax office today to see what I could find out, and surprise surprise, the dealership had still not sent my county all needed documents. I could go on and on with more details of this ordeal, but at the end of the day, I don't want to waste anymore time on this. This all could have been avoided with ANY communication from their team and a bit more honesty and integrity. Very frustrated! More

They put me in a Jaguar to use while my vehicle was being operated on and kept me updated on his progress. The guys I dealt with were all great! My vehicle is happy and healthy again. More
