I made a phone call to inquire about the vehicle at which time I was introduced to Patricia Guillory. She was very thorough and honest in her communications, making me aware of some of the "blemishes" the car had so there were no surprises. She sent me numerous pictures and was timely, friendly and not pushy in any of the communications. After consideration I moved forward with the purchase, and could not have been more pleased upon receipt of the vehicle. The beautiful SUV was as Patricia had described so there were no surprises.
